Contracts for Website Design

At Advantage Marketing 4 U we feel the need to protect both ourself and our clients.  To better serve you we have a contract all website design clients must sign before and after service is completed.

We also ask that you download the Estimate request form and fill it out, this Estimate request form will help us better understand what it is you desire for your website.  This sheet you may fill out and email to webmaster@advantagemarketing4u.com the other sheets you will need to mail to the following address:

You may email all forms to webmaster@advantagemarketing4u.com with the understanding that your typed signature is still legal and binding.  Although we do prefer the forms to be mailed with a signed signature.

Your website work will be started once we have received both the deposit and the Estimate sheet.  We will not release your website online until we receive the signed contracts.  So the faster you send us this information the faster we can have your website online.  Again we do this to protect ourselves but our clients as well.

You may electronically sign the Website Developement Contract BUT we must also receive a signed agreement in the mail within 7 days or design will not be released.
