Contracts for Website Design

All clients will need to sign a contract and submit through mail or email forms that will protect both Advantage Marketing 4 U as well as you the client. Upon sending of the deposit, Rebecca will email you the link to download the forms.

All website information must be received in a timely manner. We cannot be expected to create a well designed website within one day of receiving information. Advantage Marketing will send you one email to remind you of the information we need for your project, but if other clients abide by these rules and we receive their information first their website will be created first. This is only fair to our clients. So please send all information in a timely manner, neat and in order.

Rush Jobs: Should you need a website done within 48 hours an extra fee of $47.00 will be accessed to your Website building costs.  You must already have domain name bought and webhosting account already set up.

Shopping Cart fees are extra, if you need a shopping cart please email Rebecca so she can quote a price for you.  Basic Fees are $100.00 for installation and the uploading of 20 products to the shopping cart, this includes adding headers and graphics to the shopping cart. This is an additional fee.

  • Rebecca can give you a quote on how long it will take to create your website and have it completed in the time stated. Rush Jobs: Should you need a website done within 72 hours an extra fee of $47.00 will be accessed to your Website building costs.  You must already have domain name bought and webhosting account already set up.
  • If you are in need of a shopping cart for your business be sure to ask Rebecca about installation and uploading of your products to the shopping cart, this is a separate fee from building a website. ($100.00 for installation and uploading up to 20 products to the shopping cart)

  • Rebecca works closely with each client to be sure their website is to their specifications. You will have email, phone or IM contact with Rebecca through out the building process. 

  •  Website updates to include:

    Updating links, banners, pictures, text and more. $30.00 for up to 2 hours of updates (updating pictures, links, articles, etc) each month. Major redo's or adding pages will be billed at $30.00 an hour. SEE BELOW

    Updates for your website

    Updates can be done when the owner needs them done for an hourly fee of $30.00 per hour.

  • Once project is complete you may still contact Rebecca for questions about your website or with updates if you choose that service.

  • Should you need research done for the website as in articles, affliate programs to add to your website. There is an extra charge of $30.00 per hour for research time.

  • Word Press blog installation and set up included in web site design cost.

  • Now offering membership site creation-depending on membership site needed the scripts or membership software is extra.

  • A deposit is due upon agreement of website design.  The rest of payment due within 30 days or once project is completed whichever comes first.

  • Once project has started deposit will not be refunded.

These are estimated costs, in order to find out how much your site will cost please fill out the Estimate Request Cost Form and email it to Rebecca or call Rebecca at 419-318-0895 Monday through Friday 9 am to 4 pm est.  Depending on what is needed for the site, what type of scripts, graphic work etc will determine the cost of the site.  The below estimated costs are for basic non shopping cart, information sites ONLY- shopping carts or membership sites are more.

Contracts

The Estimate Request Form will help us design your website to your specifications and give us a better understanding of what you desire for your business.

You will also need to fill out the Contracts form before we will begin website design, for more information please view the contracts page.  The contracts are there to protect both us and our clients.

Rebecca will email a Change of Order Form before any extra pages are added for permission to add pages and to set up billing once you decide to proceed.

As stated above each website will vary according to the content and resources you may need.


Businesses in Northwest Ohio or Southeastern Michigan: Rebecca will come to your company and will discuss with you more details about the best way to design your website. First Consultation is free, after that each consultation will incur a $30.00 an hour charge.

Should you need pictures taken of job sites, your office, your staff let Rebecca know and she will schedule a time for you both to get together for the pictures. Cost for this service is $30.00 an hour.
