The challenge of building from the ground up a successful company that benefits women 

How long have you been in business?

I have been in Marketing and Communications for 15 years. Eclipse-Jewelry in Motion has been in business for three years. I have been the Director of Marketing & Communication since March 2005.
What is the most challenging thing working from home that you have had to face? Balancing work and family time

Finally tell us a little bit about where you live, what you like to do on your downtime with your family and how using your products or services could help us.

I live in New Canaan,Connecticut.We are in Fairfield County about an hour outside of New York City. I have three children.My eldest son, Adam is 22 and is living and working in NYC. My second son, Toby is 20 and a Junior at Duke University. (GO Blue Devils!) My daughter, Felicia is 12 and going into the seventh grade. I just spent a wonderful summer family vacation with all of them in Canada and we did a lot of water sports fun family outdoor activities.

I have been very pleased to be involved with a company whose mission is to help women achieve a full balance between their family and career.We offer very competitive party plans compensation-30% and more on all personal sales.We have great incentive bonuses including a trip to The Big Apple for a weekend of fun and relaxation.
