What made you pick the business that you are doing? When I became a Stay-at-Home Mom, I looked for a home based business in which I could continue to use my Nursing Education, and most importantly, to continue to make a difference in the lives of others. With this BeautiControl opportunity, I found that and more! I love to teach others about skin care-prevention, repair, and maintenance, as well as ways in which people can reduce stress in their busy lives, by "making-the-time" to take care of themselves, in just five-ten minutes a day!
How long have you been in business? Over 1 year now.
What is the most challenging thing working from home that you have had to face? Having to learn how to "run a business". I am an RN, not a business major, so it has been a learning curve for me to adjust to, but not too difficult at the same time.
How did you overcome that challenge? By speaking W/ other leaders within the company, and also seeking the advice of a Tax Professional.
What are your favorite hobbies? Yoga, Collecting Vintage California Pottery.

It's Lynda Havins here. I live in the beautiful climate of So. California, San Diego area. I am a busy, "outdoorsy" "Stay-at-Home Mom", who enjoys meeting new people, and making new friends. I absolutely love to help others, by educating, and making a difference, whether it be about sun damage repair, or prevention, or to help others look and feel their best.
During the past year, as a BeautiControl Independent Consultant, I have traveled to two of our Major Conferences, in Dallas, TX. There, I have gained lasting memories, and also a tremendous wealth of knowledge by attending these conferences, and I highly recommend this to anyone who seriously considers this business opportunity.
BeautiControl is owned by Tupperware, and we are currently experiencing a HUGE wave of growth across this Nation, Puerto Rico, and Canada. We are heading for "Billion Dollar BIG", within the next five years, and happen to be the "fastest growing beauty business" around!
During my "down time", I love to chat on the phone, and catch-up with my family and friends. I attend our local YMCA, and I love Yoga. One of my passions is finding vintage California pottery, in places that I travel to, which is usually back to Massachusetts, where I grew up. My husband and I are blessed with a loving son, and I am absolutely grateful that I can stay home with him, to be here for all of his milestones, and still have a full-filling "job", that pays well.
